â A white background or a colored one with a 90 or 95% of transparency, the understanding of the message remains the same. More the transparency decrease, under 80% of transparency, the message loses its efficiency up to 44%, 62% with a 70% of background transparency and up to 78% with a 60% of background transparency.
Avoid to write your message with a blue or red color on a black background, even gray-light or yellow with a green background. I know it sounds logical, but you can see this kind of mistake every single day. Â
